Where are you licensed and what areas do you serve?
MH Construction is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We are headquartered in Pasco, WA and actively serve Tri-Cities, Yakima, Spokane, Walla Walla, Hermiston, Pendleton, Coeur d'Alene, and Omak.
What types of projects do you specialize in?
We prioritize new commercial construction, industrial and warehouse facilities, public-sector work, major renovations, and occupied tenant improvements. Core services include preconstruction, scope planning, procurement coordination, constructability review, field control, quality management, and closeout. Selected agricultural, winery, PEMB, and specialty scopes remain available when project fit warrants.
