TIER 01 / EXECUTIVE + SHARED LEADERSHIP
Executive leadership sets direction, controls operations, and keeps safety and project responsibility visible without collapsing every role into one chain.
Chief Executive Officer
Sets MHC direction and carries final executive authority for the client relationship and delivery standard.
Jeremy remains actively involved in project delivery and serves as Project Manager for specialty projects where appropriate.
Chief Operating Officer
Primary operating leader beneath the CEO, connecting operations, field and project coordination, and resource alignment.
He aligns resources with project needs and keeps field and project coordination connected.
Safety Director / Project Manager
Carries independent safety leadership alongside responsibility for assigned projects.
